How information is handled when you use this public marketing website or contact Meridian.

This notice applies to this public website operated by Meridian Analytics Pty Limited (ACN 698 028 321), trading as Meridian Software Solutions. “Meridian”, “we” and “us” refer to that entity.
Information you choose to send
The contact page asks for your enquiry type, the modules or topic you select, your name, job title, company and work email, and — for demo and consultation bookings — a preferred time. Submitting the form transmits those details to Meridian through the website’s hosting infrastructure so Meridian can respond and confirm bookings. Submissions are delivered to Meridian as an enquiry and are not retained in a website database. Calendar availability shown while choosing a time is retrieved as open time slots only; no calendar contents are sent to the browser. You can also contact Meridian directly by email instead of using the form.
Website usage and technical data
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the public website is used. It records page views, referring sites, browser and device information, and approximate location, and reports aggregated statistics. Web Analytics does not use cookies. Technical request data may also be processed by the hosting platform when it delivers a page.
How contact information is used
Information you email is used to respond to the enquiry, assess a demo or engagement request, and maintain the resulting business correspondence. Do not include petroleum project data, confidential models or personal information that is not needed for the initial enquiry.
